We grant a one-year guarantee from the date of purchase. Please register guarantee here and keep the invoice or the Online Order Receipt for reference. If you need any repair services, send back at least 2 photos of your product and a copy of the Online Order Receipt to cs@hugogate.com first. Then, we will arrange the warranty for you.

We will remedy all defects in workmanship or materials within the guarantee period.

Please remind that the damage due to improper use, as well as worn parts and consumables, are not covered by the guarantee. You are advised to read and follow the instructions carefully.
